These terms explain what you get, what you pay, and your rights. By creating an account or ordering a deck, you agree to them.

Supadeck generates personalised Anki flashcard decks — with example sentences and native audio, in the language pair you choose — built either from a topic you give us (Immersion Deck, Career Deck) or from your answers to a personal questionnaire (First Conversation). Each deck is delivered as a downloadable Anki package once generation completes. We may add, change or remove features over time to keep improving the platform.
You need an account to order a deck. We use passwordless sign-in (an email login link, or Google sign-in). You are responsible for keeping access to your email or Google account secure and for what happens under your account. Please give us accurate information. You must be old enough to enter into a contract in your country to make a purchase.
Supadeck has no subscription: you pay once, per deck, and it is yours to keep. Prices depend on the deck type and size (e.g. 250 or 500 cards) and are shown in US dollars at checkout and on our Pricing page, which is the authoritative source if a price mentioned elsewhere is out of date. Ordering several decks in the same purchase may qualify for an automatic volume discount, shown before you pay.
Payments are handled by our payment provider, Creem, acting as Merchant of Record. This means Creem is the seller of record for your purchase and is responsible for processing payment and for any applicable taxes. Your card details are handled by Creem — we never see or store them.
If we fail to generate the deck you ordered, we automatically refund what you paid for it — you do not need to ask. Outside of a generation failure, because each deck is custom-made from your own input, we do not offer refunds once generation has started, except where the law requires it or at our discretion; contact us at hello@supadeck.app and we will look at it case by case.
If you are a consumer in the European Union, you normally have 14 days to withdraw from a purchase of digital content. Because each deck is personalised digital content that we start generating as soon as you order, placing an order is an express request for us to begin immediately, and you acknowledge that you lose your right of withdrawal once generation starts. If generation has not yet started, you can still contact us at hello@supadeck.app within 14 days to withdraw.

We may suspend or close an account that seriously or repeatedly breaks these rules.
The Supadeck platform, software and branding belong to Laurane Boulenger or its licensors. Once you have paid for a deck, it is yours to keep and use personally (including offline, in Anki); this does not transfer ownership of the underlying platform or method to you.
We work hard to keep the platform available and to generate accurate, useful decks, but content is produced with the help of AI models and we provide the service "as is" — we cannot promise it will always be uninterrupted, error-free, or that every sentence will be perfect. Supadeck is a learning tool; we do not guarantee any specific learning result, which also depends on the time and effort you put in.
To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have as a consumer that cannot be limited by law.
We may update these terms as the platform changes. We will update the "last updated" date above, and for significant changes we will let you know. If you keep using the platform after a change, that means you accept the updated terms.
These terms are governed by French law, without affecting the mandatory consumer protections of the country where you live. For any question, contact us at hello@supadeck.app. Because Creem is the Merchant of Record for purchases, some billing questions may be handled directly with Creem.
